Following on, securing a financial investment from main street bank, our client Chris was looking for a reputable and reliable contractor who could lead this development in a quick efficient way whilst to agreed budget.
The aim was to transform old fashioned chip shop to a modern, attractive looking beauty salon in just six weeks, which taking circumstances was a challenge to say the least.
Griff Services Ltd was appointed to manage this small commercial development project.
The new beauty salon was fully rewired and a new range of modern LED lighting was installed allowing them to maintain lower energy bills and enhance our customer’s offer. We have appointed a number of other trades to quickly transform this salon. Our partners were carefully chosen and we were delighted to work with these local businesses.
We have managed to take all stress from site involvement away from our client.
We have achieved this by dealing on our customer’s behalf with energy providers, building control and planning permissions, leaving our client to do what he does best – taking care of their customers’ well being.

We needed 6 Solar Panels to be assembled and dismantled few days later. These were for training purposes for local Fire Brigade in Manchester. Project was successful with just few minor issues that have been addressed and resolved at the time. We would definitely use Griff Services Ltd in future.
