They pride themselves on their ability to work closely with their customers to bespoke product specifically for their needs. Company directors, brothers Michael and Richard decided to purchase electric cars and therefore enquired about installing EV charging points at their homes as well as business premises.

Our
Solution

Listening to customers’ requirements, we advised that the domestic grant could be used in order to offset part of installation costs.

To mitigate stressful experiences in dealing with technical jargon and a government department, Griff Services handled the entire claim process, leaving both gentleman’s with the only dilemma to decide where the chargers are going to be installed. The jobs were booked in to work around the customers busy work schedule, the fantastic EO units became fully usable the exact same day of the installation.

What Were
The Results

Both of the installations went according to plan and were a success.

After the installation our customers were exceedingly pleased with the service we provided, all they were waiting on now was the delivery of their electric cars. Once the delivery had arrived, testing was able to undergo to check that the charging point was working correctly and able for use so then the customer was able to use their cars of the future. Following on from our installation we have received high appraisals. What more to add– another happy customer!
