Another Willmott Dixon Site and another exciting project we got involved in, this time for Trafford Housing Trust.
This £20M mixed-use development site that includes community centre, bistro café, pharmacy, health care facilities and 80 extra-care apartments was completed in July 2017.
To highlight importance of managing environmental impact through renewable energy paths, a decision was made to adopt solar panel system as a proven and reliable source of clean energy.
This 17kWp system made out of 62 panels system was commissioned by Griff Services Ltd late August 2017.
This system will accommodate most of energy requirements for landlord areas.
Combined with ecological materials used, it makes this building run at a very low cost. These kind of green credentials are a major attraction to tenants these days.
We were really impressed by the professionalism of Griff Services and would recommend them in the future. The work was undertaken well and we had positive comments regarding the corporate identity of Michael and his co-worker and the company vehicle.

We needed 6 Solar Panels to be assembled and dismantled few days later. These were for training purposes for local Fire Brigade in Manchester. Project was successful with just few minor issues that have been addressed and resolved at the time. We would definitely use Griff Services Ltd in future.
